Rear End Noise

I haven't had a chance to check it out yet but I will describe the issue, which is hard to do. I have a noise coming from both rear wheels that sounds like a rubbing noise. It happens mostly over bumps (when the suspension is doing up/down motions), or when releasing the brake and getting off to a start. Happens at all speeds. I'm wondering if there is anything common that could be wrong back there. Why would it be both wheels??? 140, 000km on 2005 Civic EX.

Re: Rear End Noise

Yea it is. I've done some research on here and I'm just going to spray them with white lithium grease and see if it improves it. Thanks.

Protan988 is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: Rear End Noise

Probably both stabilizer links. Mine are doing the same and need to be changed. Simple cheap and easy repair.

Re: Rear End Noise

Hmm, yes I lubed everything up with lithium grease back there and there is still lots of noise. I'll try the stabilizer links next because I can't stand listening to it any longer.

Thanks everyone, I'll post if it corrects the issue.
