Civic 2003 no more headlight problem

Civic 2003 no more headlight problem
I mean I still have a headlight problem...sorry about the confusing title
Only parking lights are working.
The problem happened suddenly (high/low/left/right) in the same time.
What I have checked so far:
- headlight relay under the hood is working.
- all fuses (main beam fuse 80A, all 10A and 7.5A under the hood and under the steering column)
- replaced the DRL module with a brand new one from Honda.
- the DRL light goes off once I turn the rotary switch, which is OK.
I don't have any cue now.
