Rep Power: 205 heater/cold air problem
my temperature dial on my car doesn't seem to work properly.
when i drive from a cold start to operating temperature and turn the heater fan on.
if i put the dial 100% hot, the air would be 100% hot
if i put the dial to middle, 50% hot 50% cold, the air would be 100% hot-no cold air is mixed in.
if i put the dial to near the top 95% cold, 5% hot - the air would be 100% hot
if i put the air to 100% cold - the air will be 100% cold

Re: heater/cold air problem
Obviously seems to be a blend door problem, whether you have a cable, vacuum, or DC motor actuated door is the question. Once you find that out, you can help determine the fix.
