02' CIvic alt. belt tension ?

02' CIvic alt. belt tension ?
After replacing the timing belt, cam sensor, tensioner, and belts, the alternator/ac belt squeals like crazy. I tried running the car, and re-tensioning the belt, but no joy. How is this belt supposed to be tensioned properly? Thank you in advance. 02' Civic 4dr.

under the p\s pump there is the alt. there should be a twist wing nut on the front that you can tighten the belt with.
