2003 owners manual, driving light info needed

I got a 2003 civic lx for my daughter and have gotten it to the point where I want to get a couple more items-I did not get an owner's manual, and would like a real manual if possible, but will settle for a PDF if I can locate it online (cannot so far)-

also, it needs driving lights, I want to install them in the original location and set them up so that they are always on when running-

So far, it has new tires, new brakes (ceramic) new (mostly) interior, like rugs, mats, seats, since it was pretty ratty when I got it. I changed all fluids including oil and trans (full syn), coolent, brake fluid, and I installed remote door opener (only $40!)-it has some body work done, and new plugs and O2 sensor (upstream)-this car has 105,000 miles, does not leak, and is getting over 30mpg so far (1000+ miles of mostly city driving). Ac has gotten a shot of 134a and is blowing cold (40 degrees)-she loves it,

I am talking to her about giving it a little more OMPHHHH, like a CAI and replacing the tiny exhaust with something better-suggestions on all items welcome, someone GAVE this car to me, so I know I am ahead of the game. It doesnt leak, runs strong, and except for the fact that the 2-3 shift takes FOREVER when the trans is cold, it is a nice little car-thanks

Re: 2003 owners manual, driving light info needed

i found an owners manual on ebay for about $15 deliveed, so I just need to know what lights I should buy-I want to get clear, and really just want to wire it so that it just turns on when the car is started. I looked at the location where the lights should go, it is a small area that looks like it has to be cut out (the front abs plastic)-how are they secured to this location?-do original lights have brackets that I can get?

And does anyone know of a cure for the really slow 2-3 shift? It does go away after the trans warms up, and I suppose it is especially not an issue in warm weather, but whenit gets cold here again, it cannot be good for it to 'slip' like that-thanks

You must mean fog lamps, you can buy a kit. OEM or aftermarket.

Not sure what fluid you used in tranny but... It should only have Honda ATF-Z1 in there.

yea, I guess I mean fog lights but i don't want amber (fog) lenses/bulbs, I want the lights to be 5000K so that would, I think, make them driving lights-kind of like full-time day lights.

I have done a trans service (twice) and both times I used Honda Z1 (from the dealer, like $8 a quart!)-so I guess my llooooonnnggg 2-3 shift has nothing to do with the fluid, eh?
