This bliner problem is driving me crazy... HELP!

Okay hers the story..grab a beer and enjoy...

Hazard lights work
left blinker works
right blinker is at hyper speed!
BULBS are OKAY

SOMETIMES the blinker decides to go back to normal but it goes back to hyper speed soon there after.

WHEN I...

1) turn on my lights, the right blinker doesnt work at all
2) when i turn on the AC the right blinker doesnt work at all
3) when the cooling fan is on the right blinker doesnt work at all

ALSO..
Havent figured it out exactly when but sometimes the AC doesnt want to turn on either... or turns on and then shuts off soon after
I think MAYBE when the cooling fan turns on

OH... almost forgot...
when i turn off the car take out the key turn off all the lights and the cooling fan stays on the right blinker/side marker light stays on.

SO.... any takers out there? who wants to take a stab at this one... PLEASE HELP!!!

Last thing i did.. i had no horn hooked up, i installed an airhorn but i dont have relay so i tried it straight to the battery and ground to test it it worked fine but since i dont have a relay i didnt hook it up. I connected back up the OEM horn which works fine and has been working in the past. nothin new. No specific mods.

How do I test if the ac relay is working correctly? Or any of the other relays?

Here is the procedure for testing the relays. Sounds like a real strange issue for sure. At first I was thinking bad ground but...

Your wiring's ****ed. The resistance on the turn signal wire needs to be exact or else it'll hyper blink like that. That's why people have to install a resistor when putting in LED turn signals, because they draw less amperage and therefore need some sort of resistor to bring the wire's resistance back to normal. This would also tell you why the bulb is not working when other components are on, it's draining too much power from that line. And the lights staying on after the car is off.....well, you messed up something in there. Start removing aftermarket parts until it works again.
