AC Compressor - A victim of low freon?

AC Compressor - A victim of low freon?
Can't turn the compressor or fans on, but the fuses/relay are good.
When I jump the relay I can hear the clutch click but it only clicks, it won't stay on. Hoping this is just the normal failsafe of low freon but was hoping someone might have a next step from here. I see a lot of threads that made it to this point, but nothing after.
If someone has something else I can test, lemme know.
