K20A3 to a K20Z3 swap!

What all is needed to swap my K20A3 with a K20Z3? Will it bolt directly in or do I need to rig some mounts for it? Will it even fit?

I have one out of a 2006 I just need to replace the head gasket on it and add a few other power gagets and it'll be ready
