Please don't waste your money trying to boost an engine linked to an automatic transmission... especially 2001 - 2003 those transmissions were mostly made by Mitsubishi and known to have issues.

My local car recycler listed a pulled manifold at $306 I found a new one on ebay for $156 OEM style with cat. Or straight pipe headers for $80-ish. I don't know what they're smoking there to come up with that number. Even new Dorman manifolds from Amazon for $260s.

Does the warranty cover 98 civic models? My exhaust manifold just cracked two weeks ago and I've been looking for more information about this common problem with the D series civics. It looks as though they have removed any links regarding this issue as well so, do you or anyone else have a new link regarding the warranty on the exhaust manifold?
