ABS + Brake light on when cold

it started happening when i put on the ingalls stiffy torque damper. the damper touches the ABS module in EX's. the ABS and Brake light are on when i first turn the car on, when the car warms up enough, i can turn the car off, turn it back on and the lights will be off. it's been bugging me lately and i just now got some free time to fix it. what do you guys think it could? can pepboys read the error code? i hope the modulator isnt broken or anything. i've been thinking that its just a loose connection in the ABS harness, since the light turns off when the car is warmed up enough.

I have the same problem. I've since taken off the torque damper and brought it in for service. Their diagnosis is a bad ABS modulator. Price $1600. Hope that helps.
