2003 civic keys suck! cant unlock doors with them

My friend has a 2003 civic, you know the one with the keys that look all weird.
Her driver side door is f*cked, if you try putting the key in the door the first time, it'll seem to get stuck. then when you put it in again, it'll work.

I thought maybe it was just her car but I had another experience with an 03 civic. I couldnt unlock the doors with the key but when I told my co-worker about it, he was able to. then we went back out, we couldnt get them to unlock again.

anyone else have this problem?

My mom has an 03 and her keys work fine.

YES! I had a HUGE fiasco with my doors!!!

First the actuator then the locks them selves!!!

Had to take the entire lock mechanism back to Honda to line up the pins...

Id recommend going up to Honda. My dealership is the **** though...

Don’t know about yours...

But i went through a whole bunch of bull **** with my door and just got it all fixed last week!!! It sucked!
