front control arm bushings

front control arm bushings
So I went to get my tires balanced and they told me that my control arm bushings are totally ripped up.
2 questions...
do I have to buy new control arms or can I just get the bushings themselves?
is it something I can do myself (or with help) w/o having to pay those foo's?
