when i just got in my car and about to pull out of the parking spot i notice when my wheel is turn all the way to the left, there is a creek around the steering... has any one have this problem?? and any way to fix it?!?!?!? it so annoying.... thanks!!!

Hi, my civic had a similar problem when I first got it. Anytime I made a turn to the left, it would make a creaking sound. It also made the sound when I placed the car in Park and turned the wheel. It turned out to be a bad weld in the firewall that caused the noise. Since my car was under warranty, Honda fixed it...it took them almost 2 weeks to figure out the problem and repair it...supposedly cost them about 2,500 dollars.

are u serious....how did u find out? i just got out of warranty last november.... that sux... i would if there is a way to fix it??? can it just be re-welded?
