Up here in Canada, my parents found a 2005 Civic Coupe SE. 44,000km, auto, 4winter tires on rims, for $16,900 - according to trader.ca, this is a good deal.

Thanks to another fine fellow on this site, I was able to get a carfax report - the report indicates this car as a 2005 civic DX, not an SE

Could it be that the Carfax was an american site or something - and if so, is the American DX the same as a Canadian SE?

OR perhaps they just misbadged the civic, and it's really a DX - SO what i need to know, is what is the real difference between the SE and the DX

If i recall, this has a spoiler, autolocks, keyless entry, but NOT power windows...

I didnt know there was even a civic SE. Thought it was Si for sure....

The american EX is the same as the canadian Si, the SE was an EX, or maybe LX with a cd changer, and couple other options. Could be an error in carfax, but I would think it's more likely that whoever had the car made it an "SE" by swapping the stereo, etc. Ask the seller.
