k so this morning I go to start my car, and just like yesterday morning, it started, for like 3-4 seconds and died. So just like yesterday morning, I went with my red can and put some gas in. Unlike yesterday morning though, it didn't want to start after I put gas. It went from, starting for 3-4 secons and dying, to only starting (then dieing) when I started with the throttle open, to only wanting to start 1 of 5 times I tried, to what it is now, where it won't even start. I'll sometimes get wierd popping sounds while its cranking but, nothing. ANYone have an idea of what the problem could be? My job is literally dependant on it.....

did it die suddenly? or was it a gradual, slow, sputter, shut down.

well it wasnt slooooow but it wasnt SUDDEN either. no sputtering, just like itd start and just VROOOOOOOOoooom dead

even if id hold it at WOT. same thing

hmm...do u think its the safety mechanism thinking its being stolen..its a wild guess....some cars have the sensor in the key....if the car looses the signal it will kill the engine. "This is my wild guess, i would try the spare key u have"
