New Rotors, New Pads = Still shuddering
This weekend I changed my rotors and brake pads on my 01 coupe. The two screws that hold the rotor on were seized so i had to use a torch to loosen them up. After all this work my brakes still shudder when i brake. What else could be wrong?? I was really gentle on the new hardware so I do'nt think they are warped already. Is there anything else that could cause this vibration. It only happens when braking and is worse when I use moderate pressure. It goes away when i apply full pressure. Any ideas on this situation??

Sorry about the repeats.. no idea what happened.
To answer the quesitons:
1. The pads i put on were actually used pads from another 7thgen. They only had 5000kms on them and I did scuff them up before i put them on.
2. The car has lots of miles and I am not sure of the previous maintenance on the brake fluid. How would this cause the pulsing feeling though??
3. Finally, I had an alignment done in July 3 weeks after putting my new springs and dampers on.
Could a faulty caliper be causing this because it is really the only part on the brake system that isn't changed.?
Thanks for the help

just some thought
Hey, i had the same problem before. Of course i got the usual responses: "get alignment", "balance your tires" or brake fluid or that my rotors were warped. Well, after doing all that AND WASTING money, same problem. Since the problem was "somewhere in the front" i went to a friend's house and put his wheels (he had a civic as well) on my car. Guess what! Problem fixed. Later we tried one wheel at a time, and we came to a conclusion that it was the left front tire. I bought new tires for the front, problem fixed. I looked at that tire later on, and I'm guessing it was causing problems because it was fixed once. I had a nail in it long ago, went to a tire shop, got it repaired (with a nut I guess, i dont' know the technical language, they took out the nail, shoved a rubber nut in there and sealed it) and put back on. It was fine for a couple of months and i forgot that that was the repaired tire so i didn't even consider it.
if ur pads and rotors are getting hot u have the same symptoms. make sure u got the brake pads locked in right and are not dragging on the rotors all the time. if u installed them right i would get tires rotated and balanced and then move on to alignment of the car.
