brake / vibration problem

i have a couple of problems on my car. The first is the brake pedal. Whenever i push down my brake pedal and release it makes a like squeal sound, which is not from my brake pads. The sound is more like a high pitched whistle or something with air leaking out. It makes the sound while the car is on or off and it's just annoying. Wondering if there could be a leak somewheres?

Second problem is when i'm slowing down or stopped, i hear a strong vibration sound from the back, and i dont know why that is occurring. It sounded like the muffler or something from the rear but i really have no idea. I only hear the inside from inside too because when i go out and check i dont hear anything at all.... and im not paranoid lol

Third problem is when going 40+ mph and just slightly pressing the gas to maintain my speed, i hear like a drumming or strumming noise from the rear. I think it may be the tires but i checked them today and they were perfect.

I have a 2005 Honda civic EX Coupe with 18500 miles so it's pretty new and i really dont think these problems should be happening.
