Passenger side DRL (Daytime running light) having problems
Whenever I start my car (01 1.7 EL .. civic) and lower the e-brake the drl is activated and makes a wierd buzzing sound
. When i look at the lamps my driver side is working fune, but it seems that the other wants the activate, but cant. My first thought was some sort of relay, but i dont know anything about DRL's so im asking any tech savvy person on this forum! thanks for any help

There have been quite a few post about Canadian models with DRL problems. I have heard that the PCB board for the DRL control can be re-soldered and solve the problem. I have sent info to a few people who have ask but never got a clear cut solution though.
I have some info compiled for the 7th gen Civic w/DRL system. It may be of help to you if you want to troubleshoot the problem. PM with E-mail and I can send it to you. Search around the threads they may help.
