ya your cell phone on your passanger side seat might set off your srs light..

happened to me and ya pissed off cause honda takes too long to fix it and when they bring the part in i dont have time to drop my car off wtf..

something about the cell phone or any other electonic device might set off one of the sensors in your seat causing the sensor to fail or some crap like that one of the guys who work there told me.. wtf dam air bag seats

Never heard of a cellphone doing it but a friend of mine had installed neon tubes under his seat and next to the seatbelt and when his SRS light came on Acura (he owns an EL) blamed the neons.

I put my amps under the seats there is also a CAP under there as well. I am always having to reset the SRS light. NOW I KNOW WHY! Thanks

yep, it messes with the OPDS unit I'm pretty sure. I had to have mine replaced on my first 7th gen.
