Arrow Brake and clutch questions

Clutch - I have 45k kms (~28k miles) on my civic, ive been noticing that the clutch is releasing very high almost all the way up. I have heard there is no way to adjust this, is that true?? is there anything that i can do? i dont understand why it is not adjustable? i also read that the pedal can be adjusted, will this help at all?

Brake- this is probably a stupid question but, can drum brakes become warped like disk brakes? I know that my rotors are warped and I will be replacing them, but do drums become warped aswell? I am getting a viabration while braking so im wondering if its both the front and rear brakes causing the problem.

Also, when I get the rotors replaced, should I replace the pads at the same time, is it necessary? how long do pads usually last?

thanks!

As for the brakes, Yes drums can cause a pedal pulsation but its not as common as front rotors. As for new pads its recommended but not absolutely needed. If the pads are wearing flat then you'll prolly be ok without having to change the pads. But if there is any high low spots you would be better off to just put some new ones in. Is way to figure out if its the drums or the rotors is. Does the steering wheel shake when you brake, if so then its the rotors on the frt causing it. Try using the e-brake to slow the car down moderately. Does the car shake when doing so? If so its the drums causing it. Maybe someone else with a manual em2 can answer your clutch question.

no there is nothing... after the car works in a bit.. it happens.. thats how it goes on the em2... you can replace the clutch... but the release will only change minimally...
