Need help. Thinking it might be clutch

01 civic 4 door dx 5 speed.
I have had many many many many problems with my honda from day one but this one is alittle harder to solve. I am unable to shift in to gear with out pushing really hard on the shift **** to make the tranny go into any gear. I have replace the slave cylinder, changed the tranny fluid, bleed the clutch system the list goes on. when the car is turned off i am able to run the gear select through all the gear with no problems at all. As soon are the engine is turned on I am unable to. I have a act clutch, prolight flywheel , Im thinking that maybe a throw out bearing or clutch finger on the pressure plate bit the dust. Any info would be great. And as far as any honda updates done on the tranny, they have all been done.

Yes that has all been changed over to new and lubed with high temp grease.
Im thinking I might have to remove the trans to inspect the clutch.

ANyome have any other ideas? I have pulled the clutch and it looks just fine. I have the act hdss clutch with prolite flywheel. You think it might be the throw out bearing?

do u get any grinding noises when trying to engage if it is it may be the clutch area. if not then ur synchronizers in the transmission may be a worn. i had the same problem not that extreme, but changing oil in mine fixed it. good luck man.
