Arrow wants to... but just can't stall. help?

Awhile ago I put on a CAI onto my 01 ex. Was reading some DIY's and came across an Intake one. Read it and saw the part about taking out the ECU fuse for 10 minutes to remap. And I never did that when I installed mine, and my car likes to jump around on the idle, so I figured give it a shot. I did what the DIY said, and now the car wants to stall EVERYTIME I put the clutch in. Before it would do that ever so often, but now it always does it. What can I do to change this? thanks guys.

when i installed both my intakes, all i did to remap was disconnect the batterty for 10 minutes, as per the instructions, id try that, see if the comp resets, if not it may be the idle sensor
