Car shakes when come to stop & while its idling

Car shakes when come to stop & while its idling
I have a 2001 honda civic ex. And recently when i drive and come to a stop it will shake noticeable like if you were letting out the clutch to stall, also the whole car shakes slightly, when the car is just idling. and its not a bad ilde cause it stays exactly 800 rpms. Wut could this be? my guess was something with the clutch, or engine mount bad. Do u think thats it, and if not wut else could it be. Please respond back. Thank you.
