Longtime lurker first time poster...
The A/C is not working in my car (2002 Civic EX). It started last May after I got an oil change but I don't believe the two are related. I had a freelance mechanic friend take a look at it and said everything under the hood was functioning properly.
Could it be that the in-dash unit is blown? Bad wiring somewhere? Any other suggestions or others who have experienced something similar? Is there a diagnostic I (or a Honda tech) can run to easily diagnose the problem? Since it is only the A/C and I live in the Northeast I can live without it if it is a major (or expensive!) fix.
Thanks for the great site and any help that may come.
