so I spent the entire day blacking out my headlights, being extremely patient, and the end result was an awesome looking headlight. so I wait awhile and eventually reassemble and admire my car all day while it sits in the garage. now, my garage is cold and my headlights fogged up a bit at the bottom, and they haven't even seen any moisture from anything yet! I left my headlights on for a few minutes and all the moisture went away, but a few hours later it was back. I really don't want to take these back apart, anyone else have the same problem?

been discussed i believe a billion times. please search next time but ill give u this one since yer new.

take your headlights off pull the bulbs out of the headlight and take a blow drier to it then let it sit for a few minutes then put it bak on. oh before u do put a good bead of silicone around the edge of the headlight.

I did search man, I found a relative thread that gearbox had posted but it wasn't helpful. I've been coming here for a long time, but never joined.

thanks for the help though, I'm going to try that this afternoon, even though when I woke up today and checked, there was no fog in either light.

Yeah, silicone. you could put them back in the oven and squish them together, or just do it skipping the oven and bead it up. If that doesnt do it, check for cracks, and the seals around the bulbs. I have the same issue at the moment with aftermarket housings- i'll take care of it when I do my retrofit though.
