Basically heater isn't working after a minor accident... I checked the forum for any leads but everything checks out, so I'm stumped...

I changed the thermostat, heater fuse, coolant is full, no visual coolant leaks.... one mechanical note - when I move the direction setting to high/low from high only, it actually produced cold air, so something isn’t moving under the hood…. Any idea(s)?
