installed coilovers...now have a problem

right after i installed my k-sport kontrol coilovers, i went to test them and my steering wheel is off. when the car is moving straight the top of my steering wheel is facing the 2 o'clock position. like to the right. i dont understand why it is like that. i think my wheels need to be alligned too but will getting them aligned fix my steering wheel problem or no.

get an alignment and tell them your steering wheel is off, they should be able to fix it at the same time

Yeah, you need to get the front re-aligned anytime you change out suspension parts.

what they said... it will run you $50-$100... if you can find a place that does "lifetime" alignments.. its ALWAYS worth the extra $50 or so..

I just installed a maegan coilover spring. Its the same thing happened to my car.I went to tire kingdom and align it in an hour. Its all straight now. It will cost you in tire kingdom 100 bucks for a 1 year alignment.

anytime you do suspension work you need an alignment when you took the tie rod end off the stock suspension and put it on the coilovers it messed up your alignment. the same thing happened to me when i put my k sports on just take it to your local alignment shop and just get an alignment and you'll be straight.

anything done to the suspension usually requires an alignment to be done. So even changing your rim size requires an alignment.
