the car threw 2 code ;it was a P1298 and PO420 i looked it up to see what it was ,but dont known how to fix it,p 1298 was a high input voltage,and po420 it the catlic system.and the light it flashing 3 time when im crusing at 80 mph or so.any ideal guys.thank you........

P1298 - electric load detector (ELD) circuit high voltage.

More than likely a power wire is grounding out and so you may want to take a thorough look at your wiring and once you fix that problem check your under dash fusebox for a 7.5A alternator fuse and if it is blown replace it.

P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold

More than likely one of your catalytic converters isn't working very well, or if you changed to a high flow catalytic converter or a test pipe then thats why your throwing that code

the P1298 might be a code to worry about but i wouldn't pay to much mind to the catalytic converter code unless where you live would have an issue with your emissions
