i tested all the inputs / outputs on the CC unit and it still wont engage. heres what i checked:

clutch switch works
brake switch works
set resume cancel works
power switch works.
CC light in dash works.
all fuses are good.

i took the actuator w/ computer out and everythign looks fine.

what do i do? where can i get a actuator / computer for it less than the dealer?

Junkyard, does the cruise control light not come on when you press to set it? And it doesnt actually move the cable.

no no light, no attemt to keep speed. i'm hoping it's a borken solder joint. like it's not getting power but it is.

is the cruise button on the lower dash pushed in? i had that problem once haha

i have the same problem. with the cruise control button pushed down the cruise control doesnt work. when i press any of the buttons except cancel on the cruise control the light comes on and says its working but it doesnt hold my speed.

now does it actually do something like try to hold speed, but it just off by 5-10 mph? maybe you need to tighten the cable

i had simular problem. It would turn on and run for a little while but after that it would shut off. I had to push dash button on and off and it would work for a while again.
I tracked down AC control box (under the dash, driver side), repalced it and it works like new.

mine dosent even try to keep speed. light never turns on.

yeah mine doesnt try to stay with it. the cruise control light comes on and right after i let off the gas its as if cruise control is non existant.

u could have a broken cable or it just fell off.

mine still dosent work after i rebult the actuator.
