Unhappy Adjusting headlights on 02 civic

I have a set of halo projectors and headlights are not even. One shines higher then the other. I tried to adjust them but can't seem to get to one of the adjusters. I think it's the one that lifts and lowers the beam. I was wondering if there was a special tool that anyone used to do theirs or was there a technique that i am just missing. I tried taking the car to dealership and they just made it worst and gave me an excuse telling me that they can't be adjusted. Someone please help because i can't see crap.:

Flashlights are awesome. Its either going to be a flat head (a big one) or an allen key. Use a flashlight and inspect it during the day before you go to try and focus them.

The problem is i can see the adjuster screw but can't get to it because it is inside a tight area and i need a tool with a 90 degree bend. I can remove the assembly itself but it seems like a paid just to get the thing adjusted.

i doubt they even did anything. just take it off and do it yourself. do you know the tool it takes? if its alan wrench you might be able to squeeze it in. mine was a socket bolt.

trust me... you can get yer hand in there.. if its the passangers side remove the batter clamp and push it out of your way, dont disconnect the batter cuz obviously you need power to aim yer lights
if its the drivers side take the lil reservoir (power steering i think) off.. theres a lil push tab on the bottom, just pull up and push it out of yer way

use a short phillips head screwdriver..

thats how the back looks (thats the passangers side.. drivers side is the same thing only backwards)

if you are somehow bigger than me and still can get yer hand in there right.. take yer 5in1 screwdriver (the one where the ends pull out and flip around)
take the ends out and put them in a deep sockey... the big one is 5/16 the little one is 1/4 both will work
if you dont have deep enough sockets you can also just grab it with vicegrips or whatever you have..

if you dont have those tools... then im really sorry but you will never make it in the world.. go give yer toaster a bath...
or if you feel some primal need to try to survive.. the 5in1 and something to hold it with can be picked up at your local hardware store for less than $10
