Left Rear Vent window replacement (4 door civic)

Left Rear Vent window replacement (4 door civic)
I recently had my 2001 civic (4 door) broken into via the left rear vent window (the little one). I've been doing some research on how to replace it and had a few questions:
  • Does the replacement window (part #73455-S5D-A01) come with the required gasket?
  • How difficult is it to replace the window myself vs. having a professional do it?
  • Are there any steps that I wouldn't think of on my own (i.e. lubrication etc)?

I appreciate your help on getting my little civic back in working order! Thanks!
