Broke the tranny mount

Apparently nothing stops the awesome power of boost. Tore the rubber to shreds.

Anyways, what am I looking at here? I pulled it up in the manual, but as far as I can find, it doesn;t really have a page on replacing the mount, just pulling the motor. Looks like a couple of bolts, I need a press (anyone know what tonnage?) and a hoist.
Any surprises I need to know about?

I need a fast fix.... I start school again in 2 weeks. So tossing an OEM one is the order of the day. I don't have time to change all 4 of them. ES makes something, but I think they're just inserts to stiffen the OE ones.
