surging? what do you mean? the car runs fantastic with the A/C off, but when i hit it on, the car starts actin up, check engine comes on, and it starts to stall, or it does stall. then i have to wait for like 2-5 minutes with it off, turn the key and itll start right back up with no problems. i hate it! but hey! i blacked out my tail lights this weekend, and it came out great atleast.....pffft... still doesnt fix my problem though.

when was the last time you changed your spark plugs... on my older infinity g20 if you don't change the spark plug, and the engine starts misfiring the car shuts off on its own, or it'll run fine then all of a sudden i'll lose power... or it'll run but it'll run rough.. i don't know what else it could be...
