ac condensor is bad,anyone have a spare, will warrenty cover this?

ac condensor is bad,anyone have a spare, will warrenty cover this? ok so my air conditioner compressor went bad and it is looking like it is going to be a $400 bill. so i have a few qustions ...
1. my car has 50k miles on it, will the warrenty cover this (i dont have my paper work b/c i am not at home)?
2. if not, does anyone have a spare a/c compressor?
3. does this $400 (btwn 330-400 he said) repair sound fair or am i being shafted?
4.will a condensor from another model fit on to my car?
ask me about go fast parts and i know the answer but i know nothing about my cars a/c.
any help would be great!!!!!
