ok, header and high flow cat
ok, so my header will not connect to the cat. idk why. the oxygen sensors were a bitch to take out. ive been doing this all day. i had to torch the second oxygen sensor cause its in a weird location. eh i almost stripped the bolt. o well. anyway, the header is megan racing. the high flow cat is random tech. i have a megan racing catback also. so idk wtf to do. any suggestions? its just sitting there on the jacks. ill have to finish tomorrow.

Tip #1: buy new O2 sensors from Majestic Honda. They're 43.75 a piece, its a huge headache saver AND O2 sensors should be replaced periodically for the car to run its best anyways.
Tip #2: take car, cat, header and exhaust to a muffler shop with a checkbook. Give all those parts to the guy with the keys, go have some lunch, go back and pick it up.

well either bolt the header to the cat first then bolt it to the exhaust, or cut it and re-weld it so it fits. if you force it, I guarantee you it'll bang off the bottom of the car and you'll be in the muffler shop getting it modified anyways.
The UEGO does not replace a stock O2 sensor, its run in addition to the stock O2 sensors, so that won't get you anywhere.

yea i will end up doing that. it will require like 2 people. ill fit the header onto the car and bolt it like a little bit just to get it to stick together. then ill have to manuever the cat down under the car and bolt it up to the exhaust.

ok we fixed it today. the problem was those bolts with the springs would not fit through the wholes of the high flow cat flange. so be grinded the little circles on each of them till they fit through. then the bolt would not thread through the header flange cause the springs were not allowing it, so we cut the springs one 1/4 of a length of a circle and put them back and it was fine. car runs loud but thats cause it needs to re-program the a/f all over again.
