I just noticed not to long ago my right door lock does not work anymore.. doesnt go up or down when i try to lock or open the doors with the starter and the indoor switch.. I went to buy i new motor, and tried to replace that piece and OMG is it impossible.. I just wanted to know if anyone has done this kind of repair and how they managed to replace the motor..

I was walking to my car one time ready to go out and I hit the UNLOCK button on my remote. It didn't work..."Oh, that was wierd." Try it again, doesn't work. So I'm standing outside my car pressing this button for about 20 minutes before I realize...."Hey, why don't I just use the key?"

I recently bought an O1 Civic EX Coupe and I didnt notice that the passenger door wont unlock with the remote. Now it bugs me that I have to get in and unlock it for someone else to get in. There would be no point in having power locks if you cant unlock both doors... Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Replace the faulty door actuator.
