Any way to test the condenser fan?

It seems like my radiator fan is always on and my condenser fan is not coming on. I've had A/C problems the last few days, but it's back to normal today. I want to see what's going on with my condenser fan though. Is there any good way to test the condenser fan to see if it's running ok? And no, I do not have an ammeter.

Isn't the condenser fan also the radiator fan? The condenser itself is right there on the radiator.

If you have 2 fans then one will cycle on and off depending on the engine temp and the other will come on and stay on when your A/C compressor kicks on, and shut off when your compressor shuts off.
