Does the Hazard button light up?

Does the Hazard button light up?
Ok, I coulda sworn that the hazard button is supposed to light up.
Also yesterday night, I just noticed that odometer screen doesn't light up anymore, neither the "D" on the tach gauge (you know, for the Auto tranny). All the other lights on the cluster and dash turn on, except for the "D" and the odometer. Any ideas are much appriciated.
Nevermind I took out the hazard button and saw the little bulb on the side. Does anyone have any ideas about the cluster lights.
