Messin' with electrical sys, now car won't start

Alright guys, need some help:

Last night I was installing and messing with some electrical components under the radio... cigarette lighter, etc. That's where my neons are attached. We popped several fuses due to my buddy accidentally running the wires wrong, but we just figured we popped non-essential fuses, like the cigarette lighter.

The car won't start now though. It just keeps turning over, won't "catch". The battery is fine.

Anybody know what this could be? I gotta buy some more fuses, sure, but I didn't think we needed anything this bad.

Need the 411! Thanks guys

Will check the fuses when I see the car again: tomorrow.

Yeah...

I guess it was just the cig lighter fuse. I guess the car won't start without that puppy. Weird...
