Slight noise cant figure out

I have a 2005 civic lx....40,000 miles, everything in great condition, except one thing......"sometimes" when i turn (and i have the radio off) i hear a slight whirring noise......It only happens when i am in a moving turn at a slow speed.....is it something i should be worried about????

Is the wheel turned fully to either direction? If so, then it's probably just the power steering pump pushing against something that can't be pushed any farther
