I started my car yesterday (2002 Civic Canadian LX version), and got out right away. I noticed it was no longer running (it did start though). Since then everything seems dead, with the exception of the horn and 4-way flashers. NOTHING else works, including headlights, radio, door locks, power windows, dome light, map lights, instrument lights, etc... When I put in the key and turn, there are no clicks, no sounds, no lights, nothing.

NOTE: It is not the battery, because the 4-way flashers and horn work fine (loud and bright). If these work fine, then the dome and map lights would certainly work.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Check the large fuses in the under hood box.
