Headlight Aiming

Does any one know how to aim the headlights? I did a search but it didnt come up with anything. All the manual said was "take it to Honda"...awesome.. that was a huge help. I assume I have to take the bumper off???

If any one could shed some light on this subject it would be appreciated.
Thanks

Oh I have an 05 sedan if that helps

you dont have to take the bumper off, you have a sedan so you can align them left to right and up and down, coupes you can only aim up and down which sucks, but anyway open your hood, look into the headlight from the top and you will see two holes with curved arrows and under it or next to should be a hole and in the hole there should be like a bolt and nut, the nut has like teeth on it and you stick a phillips head screw driver in and turn it left and right untill you get the desired light--------- heres a link by the way, it was kinda hard to find cause theres so many questions on it, i know it says 01-03 lights but i used it on my 04 and it worked, 04 and 05 headlights are the same http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=152358
