Bad Engine Mount causing vibration?

Hey everyone, earlier I posted concerning a really bad vibration that my car made when I was parked and what felt like the tranny slipping, but only when I start out in first gear. I have a 2001 auto EX civic by the way. Well no one really could help me with that, so now several weeks later my car no longer vibrates when i'm at a stand still, but but it still starts out rough sometimes when I am in first gear at low RPM. Everyonce in a while I floor it and usually when I get up close to redline, I hear this huge thump coming from the engine bay and I seriously doubt it is internal. About a month ago I brought my civic in for some routine maintenance and the dealership had to replace one of the engine mounts because it was screwed and it had probably been like that for a while. Do you all think this rough vibration at start-up is caused by another bad engine mount? That diagnosis just sounds right to me for some reason, but maybe more of you all guys have experienced a smiliar problem. Thanks!

Did you have the vibration before you took it in for that routine maintanence and before they replaced the mount?

Also how many miles our on your car?

Yea, it started to get really bad afterwards, especially after I drove to Colorado several days after getting my car repaired at home in Houston TX. I have about 65k on the odometer, not too many for the time that i've had it.

I have the same think wrong with my car (auto) I noticed the transmission mount was almost worn completely down. I know that that has to be the cause, but because it's so cheap and easy to fix I just haven't gotten around to fixing it.
