Alternator

I was wondering, is it possible to put an alternator from the 5th gen civic (92-95) into a 2002 civic? They both have the same output amps.....Thanks guys!

mounting location and design is the problem.. if the bolts and the connectors are the same then it should work fine. more than likely they are not but who knows, try it out and see.
