When do I get new clutch?

I have a 2001 civic sedan and a over 133,000 miles right now. It's still the original clutch but sometimes, I'm having to rev it up a bit higher from first gear. Is the clutch going?

could be going out. with 133,000 i wouldn't doubt it.
