DaddyFatSacks is an unknown quantity at this point
So, you can get any problem fixed for free if there a TSB no matter what the date or mileage?

Well heres the story, back when my car had 35,000 miles, I took it to the dealership to get the 2nd gear popping out fixed and complained about my 3rd gear grinding. They fought me aboout having my car modded and raced and all that BS so they gave me an ultimatuum. They said if they tore down my tranny and my gears were worn, it would be on me to pay for labor of taking apart the tranny and would have the option of fixing it on my cost. If the gears weren't worn or broken, they would fix it. I took my chances and said thats fine. They tore it down and there was no gear damage so they fixed the 2nd and 5th gear synchros. However, they tested the car and said there was no 3rd gear grind so they didnt' fix it. The problem came back a few weeks later and by that time the car was out of warranty. To my knowledge, a TSB came out in Nov 2004 concerning the 3rd gear grind. I'm negotiating right now with the dealer saying "hey I had this problem a year ago when my car had a warranty and you guys did nothing, now its becoming an everyday issue and a TSB happened to come out and I want it fixed free of charge."
They are now saying there is no TSB even though ALLDATA and NHTSA shows one but I can't print it out.

Yeah, I had checked that link, but I only had one TSB for 2004. The one I'm looking for came out in November 2004. Thanks though.
