Exclamation wierd noise when i steer and gas??

well ive had this problem for awhile now ever since i got my new clutch. i dont know how this can relate to my problem but my mechanic was shaking my engine a whole lot during the install maybe that could have triggered it. okay well my problem is i get this wierd noise when i steer back and forth and its not a normal noise. before the installation there was no noise what so ever and after the install the steering has gotten all wierd. there are times when i turn the steering wheel quickly and if feels like im not getting any steering power and that i have to exert force to make it steer. the noise also goes along with my rpms as well. i dont know what to do and this is pissing me off any help is greatly appreciated.. thanks guys oh and this is kinna off topic... but does anyone know how to reprogram the keyless entry remote? i put in a new sub with my stock head unit and now the remote doesnt work. thank you for any help
oh btw my car is a 2002 ex sedan with 63k miles with an ebay intake and a tsudo cat back.
