Door wont lock/unlock

Door wont lock/unlock
When I press the lock/ unlock on my key fob it wont lock/unlock the door. It makes the sound but the lock doesnt go up or down. Do I just need to replace a solenoid or what? Both driver and passanger dont work

more then likely the actuator is bad, but if you here the actuator loud and clear, then pull the door panel off and make sure everything is connected.
