Stuck Window on 2004 Civic?
Stuck Window on 2004 Civic?
Hey everyone,
I have a 2004 Civic LX Sedan that I purchased in August 2004, and recently the windows have been getting stuck when I'm trying to close them.
It seems when I push the button to open them, it works fine, but when I close them they move very slowly in the middle and a couple times they have gotten completely stuck and I had to physically pull the window up while pressing the button. It seems to only happen with the front windows, not the back ones.
So, two few questions: Will I be able to have this taken care of at a dealer free of charge?
And also, what can cause this? I go to school in upstate New York where the winters are ridiculously cold, so I thought maybe that had something to do with the cold or rapid temperature changes. In fact, there was frost on the windows yesterday when they got stuck.
Thanks in advance for your help!
