cold air coming in?

cold air coming in?

i feel cold air from outside coming in somwhere from the front. i feel it a lot when i go down to shift. then when i put my hand back on the sterring wheel, i dont feel the air anymore. any ideas where the air could be coming from? it really bugs me

but then shouldnt it just come out of the vents? this is coming in around the shifter of the plastic piece near the cig lighter

there is no air passage under there. its prolly the vents.

i'm pretty sure its not the vents because i turn on the heat and i still feel cold air...
